Peanut Butter Cheesecake Cookies Recipe

Peanut Butter Cheesecake Cookies Recipe

You might try a variation or two such as adding coconut, chopped nuts, or using dark chocolate morsels. I tend to add darker chocolates to most things that call for milk chocolate morsels.

Ingredients:

  • 1 package (16 ounces) NESTLÉ TOLL HOUSE Ultimates Refrigerated Chocolate Peanut Butter Deluxe Cookie Dough
  • 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 can (14 ounces) NESTLÉ CARNATION Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup NESTLÉ TOLL HOUSE Peanut Butter & Milk Chocolate Morsels

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325° F.
  2. Paper-line 24 muffin cups.
  3. Cut each square in half.
  4. Place one piece of dough in each muffin cup.
  5. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until cookie has spread to edge of cup.
  6. Beat cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, eggs and vanilla extract in medium bowl until smooth.
  7. Spoon about 3 tablespoons cream cheese mixture over each cookie in cup.
  8. Bake for additional 15 to 18 minutes or until set.
  9. Remove from oven to wire rack.
  10. While still warm, top cheesecakes with morsels.
  11. Morsels will soften but will retain shape.
  12. Cool completely.
  13. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
