Monkey Bread Minis

Below is an easy to follow recipe the whole family will enjoy baking. You can make this recipe in minis or you can make a whole big pan of monkey bread. Either way the end product will be amazing.


    1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
    1/2 cup packed brown sugar
    1/4 cup granulated sugar
    2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
    2 cans (7.5 oz each) Pillsbury® refrigerated biscuits


  1. Grease 12 regular-size muffin cups.
  2. Mix together butter and brown sugar; drop 1 tablespoon of the mixture into each greased muffin cup.
  3. Mix  sugar and cinnamon in a  freezer bag.
  4. Pull or cut  dough into 20 biscuits; cut each in 6 pieces.
  5. Shake pieces in bag of sugar mixture to coat.
  6. Place 10 pieces in each greased muffin cup.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Cool 1 minute; turn upside down.
  9. Serve warm.
  10. Sprinkle with  candy sprinkles, semisweet chocolate chips or cover with powdered sugar icing.
