- 4 (6 oz.) catfish fillets
- 2 tbsp. butter, melted
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tbsp. lemon-pepper seasoning
- Brush fillets with butter; arrange in a 12x8x2 inch baking dish, placing meatier portions of fish toward outside edges of dish.
- Combine garlic powder and lemon-pepper seasoning.
- Sprinkle over fillets.
- Cover tightly with heavy duty plastic wrap; fold back a small edge of wrap to allow steam to escape.
- Microwave at medium high (70% power) for 4 1/2 minutes.
