Greek Lemon Chicken Marinade
- 1 c. fruity white wine
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp. lemon peel, freshly grated
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- Stir marinade ingredients together in a large saucepan.
- Bring to a boil, partially cover pan, reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes.
- Strain marinade and return to saucepan.
