Mini Muffin Pan Appetizer Recipes
For the rest of you out there that has that sweet tooth. Let’s talk about some quick easy appetizers. What you want to do for the least amount of time. Would be as follows. Preheat your oven. Spray your mini muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray. You can take any type of store bought biscuits and cut them into halves. Once your oven has preheated you may place them into the oven for approximately 5 or 6 minutes.
Then pull back out of the oven and spray on a few squirts of spray butter. Then you can add in your choice of spices cinnamon or maybe even pumpkin or nutmeg. Add on top of those your favorite choice of fruit. You can use fresh apples pears, figs, peaches. Or you can go for a more wilder taste and put in some huckleberries, muskadines or even blackberries. Pop back in the oven until golden bubbly. You can serve these with frothy whip cream. Or may be served with dusted powdered sugar ontop. Or for that richer flavor you can add them to a dollop of ice cream.
